Answer: (1) In the joint control state, press the start button of any air compressor unit. After 2s (this time can be set), this unit will start running. After 20s (this time can be set), the next unit will start, until all units are running (the first one to run is the main unit, and the next one to run is the auxiliary unit and standby unit). If the pipeline pressure has reached the preset lower limit, the unstarted units will no longer start.
(2) After the pressure reaches the upper limit of the pipeline, the joint control cabinet will issue an unloading command, and the standby unit will automatically stop after a delay of 5min (this time can be set); if it is still in the unloading state, the auxiliary unit will automatically stop after a delay of 10min (this time can be set); if the unloading signal continues to exist, it will continue to delay for 20min (this time can be set) and then automatically stop the last main unit.
(3) The data that can be input and modified include the upper and lower limit settings of the compressed air main pressure, the main engine switching time, the interval time after the air compressor is shut down and then restarted, the start-up delay of the main engine, auxiliary engine and standby engine, and the shutdown delay of the main engine, auxiliary engine and standby engine. When the pipeline pressure is lower than the lower limit setting value, a loading signal is issued, and the auxiliary engine automatically starts to operate after a delay of 20s (this time can be set). If the pipeline pressure is still lower than the set value, the standby engine automatically starts to operate after a delay of 20s (this time can be set).
(4) When any unit fails, it will automatically be cut out of the joint control state, and the remaining units will still automatically start and stop according to the pre-set program control requirements to meet the pipeline pressure requirements, and send out fault sounds and light signals.
(5) The running time of each unit will be automatically timed, and the main engine will be automatically switched to achieve a balanced running time of each unit.
(6) According to the needs of the system, each air compressor can be cut out of the joint control state at will.
(7) It has the function of transmitting signals to the central control room, such as operation signal (for each unit), idle-for-long-time signal (for each unit), serious fault signal (for each unit), minor fault signal (for each unit), alarm signal (for both minor and serious faults), receiving the start-up permission signal (passive contact) from the central control room, host status signal, air compressor power status signal. All operations and displays are on the operating panel.
