Answer: After the air compressor is started or in operation, if the system pressure is lower than the lower limit of the pressure switch action, the pressure switch issues a loading command, that is, the three-way solenoid valve is energized. After the three-way solenoid valve is energized, it opens to supply air to the intake valve servo cylinder to open the intake valve; when the three-way solenoid valve is stuck or the valve core falls off, it cannot be opened, so that the air compressor cannot be loaded.

The three-way solenoid valve failure and the pressure switch failure will also cause the servo cylinder air supply pipeline to have no pressurized air. The troubleshooting method for these two faults is to first remove the intake pipe of the intake valve servo cylinder when the system pressure is lower than the lower limit of the pressure switch action to check whether there is air pressure. If there is no air pressure, it means that the three-way solenoid valve is not open, and then eliminate the pressure switch failure or the three-way solenoid valve failure.
